Chrome on iOS gets built-in Lens, Google Maps, translation and Calendar
Google has announced new features coming to Chrome on iOS, which should help users to do more things without leaving the browser. The new features include the option to use Lens without leaving the browser, view Maps addresses, translate text, and create Calendar events.
The support for Google Lens within Chrome on iOS will make searching for objects such as plants and clothing much easier, perform real-time translations, and more. Instead of having to use a separate Google app, you can use the Lens icon in the Chrome address bar on iOS devices to access existing or new photos for search purposes.
