SHANGHAI: China’s cyberspace regulator issued on Friday what it called a standard contract for organisations to sign when they intend to transfer personal information of their users and customers abroad.
From June 1, organisations that handle the personal information of less than one million people will be required to file the contract with their local internet regulators within 10 days when the contract takes effect.
