It has been barely two months since OpenAI opened up ChatGPT for public use, and what a phenomenon it has been! It has got teachers worried – many are wondering how to stop students from simply asking the chatbot to do their homework. Most are awestruck. Its ability to generate content on almost any subject in a wide range of styles is often mindblowing. You can not only ask it to explain a complex maths problem, but also ask it to do so using, say, Shakespearean prose. You can ask it to write a poem on your city, and you could be stunned by the result.
