Challenges for a CIO in a hybrid workplace will be different: NetApp
One year after data management company NetApp sent its employees to work from home on a ‘little experiment’ for a few weeks as the Covid-19 pandemic was taking root, they are still working remotely.
The company does not see them going back to office anytime soon, said Bill Miller, SVP and CIO, NetApp.
“Most people across the industry have differing views, but most of us as Chief Information Officers believe it’s going to be a very different dynamic in the workplace, going forward. It will be some idealized combination of work from home and work from an office,” Miller told ET.
