India has emerged as the third biggest startup hub in the world, according to a recent NASSCOM-Zinnov report. As a result, the growing Indian startup community has high expectations from Budget 2019.

Indian startups have received a total funding of $4.3 billion in 2018. Further, atleast eight startups turned unicorns in 2018 and the valuations of several tech startups are on an upward swing, increasing the flow of early-stage VC funding into the country.
