BSNL to rollout 4G services in Mangaluru city today

Mangaluru: While the state’s capital Bengaluru is still on 3G, tier-II city Mangaluru will join four others districts in the state with 4G services from Thursday. The network switch over will happen at 8.30am when MP Nalin Kumar Kateel launches the service.

The service is being launched after a delay of five months. The first announcement was made in August last year. With this, Manglauru will become the fifth city in the state after Kalaburagi, Bidar, Raichur and Vijayapura to get this facility.
