BSNL to auction its land in Khatiwala Tank

Indore: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has identified one of its property in Indore to put on auction.

According to BSNL Indore region general manager Sanjeev Singhal, a 1,185 square metre land situated in Khatiwala Tank will be put on auction. The approximate value of the land, where BSNL staff quarters were situated, is around Rs 7.79 crore. “We are going to invite e-tenders followed by e-auction of the land and soon, advertisements in this regard will be published in the newspapers,” he said.

Recently, BSNL had put its three property situated in Madhya Pradesh on auction.

These properties include a 12,172 square metre land in Dewas city’s Kalani Bagh Colony, a 9,710 square metre of land situated in Sankheda Naka on Dam Dam Road in Itarsi and a land parcel of 2,683.65 square metre situated near Rajendra Talkies in Shahdol city’s Bhatnagar area.
