The financial performance of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) continues to deteriorate. The same is the situation with Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL). With the exception of just two circles – Kerala and Andaman Nicobar – all the circles are in big losses.
