BSNL launches Rs 439 prepaid plan with 90 days validity

NEW DELHI: State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a new prepaid plan for Rs 439 which has a validity of 90 days.

This BSNL prepaid plan, however, only offers voice calling and a total of 300 SMSes. It does not offer any data benefits compared to similarly priced plans offered by its private industry rivals.

Reliance Jio’s Rs 479 prepaid plan, for instance, comes with a validity of 56 days along with benefits such as 84GB of total data, unlimited voice, and 100 SMS per day. It offers access to some Jio applications including JioTV, JioCinema, JioSecurity, and JioCloud.

Bharti Airtel’s Rs 455 prepaid plan comes with a validity of 84 days and offers 6GB of data with unlimited voice calls and a total of 900 SMS.
