BSNL extends availability of 100GB Bharat Fiber plan offering 20Mbps

NEW DELHI: State-owned telecom operator BSNL had rolled out Bharat Fiber broadband plan for Rs 499 in February this year. The promotional plan offers 100GB of data at 20Mbps speed. The plan was set to expire on March 31. However, BSNL has now decided to extend the offer till June 29. Customers can opt for the plan via the BSNL’s official website. This plan is available in all telecom circles BSNL operates in, except for Andaman and Nicobar.
The telecom operator has also updated its website which now mentions about the extension of the Rs 499 plan till June 29. Like earlier, the plan offers 100GB of data with 20Mbps speed. Once user, consumes 100GB data, the speed will come down to 2Mbps. This monthly plan offers unlimited data download and unlimited local and STD calls to any network.
Incidentally, this BSNL plan does not come with Amazon Prime subscription like some other plans from the company. The telco offers a Rs 999 plan under which it offers free annual Amazon Prime subscription to users.
