BSNL employees to protest during lunch hour

Aurangabad: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) employees have decided to hold a protest during the lunch hour on Tuesday, as a part of a nationwide agitation.

According to the BSNL Employees’ Union, the organisation’s staff have not received their salaries for the last two months, while the contract workers for four to six months.

“The employees who recently opted for the voluntary retirement scheme (VRS) are also suffering as their payments are also outstanding.”
