Blocking Spam Texting

The Unites States Federal Communications Commission (FCC), on March 26, has adopted regulations specifically targeting the increasing problem of spam text messages sent to consumers. The new rules will require mobile service providers to block certain robo-text messages that are highly likely to be illegal. It also seeks input on further regulatory actions the Commission can take to protect consumers from spam robo-texts.
