Bijoya Roy of Flipkart joins Pernod Ricard as General Counsel for its South Asia operation

Bijoya Roy, former Group General Counsel and Vice President at Flipkart is joining French liquor major Pernod Ricard as general counsel and head of legal for its South Asia region.

Roy will be responsible for all corporate, compliance and employment legal issues in the fast-growing South Asian market for the maker of premium brands such as Chivas Regal whisky and Absolut vodka in India and the whole of South Asia. She will be based out in Pernod Ricard’s Mumbai office.
