Bihar Court restrains use of Subrata Roy’s name in upcoming Netflix’s series “Bad Boy Billionaires”

New Delhi: A local Court in Araria, Bihar has ordered temporary stay on transmission of Netflix’s upcoming web series “Bad Boy Billionaires” using the name of Sahara Chairman Subrata Roy till the appearance of Netflix’s counsels.

The order was passed on Friday on a petition filed by Sahara Chairman Subrata Roy who moved a local Court in Araria, Bihar seeking stay on the series slated to release on September 2.
