Bharti-backed OneWeb names Eric Gillenwater as Vice President

New Delhi: OneWeb, the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite communications company on Saturday appointed Eric Gillenwater as Vice President and Business Head of Global Carrier and Enterprise.

Eric has an experience of more than 20 years in global telecommunications. Last he worked with Airtel as Vice President and Business Head of Airtel USA.

Eric in his new role, would be responsible for engaging distribution partners who can bring OneWeb’s forward-thinking, enterprise-grade connectivity solutions to market. His duty would be to ensure the enterprise market is taking full advantage of OneWeb’s LEO network capabilities.
