BharatNet Phase II

BharatNet Phase II is being rolled out for providing broadband connectivity to the remaining 150,000 Gram Panchayats (GPs). The implementation of Phase II is to be done through States, Private Sector and CPSUs by using an optimal mix of media (OFC, Radio and satellite) for connecting GPs. The status of state led model is shown in the table.
