Be wary of Zomato, Swiggy dine-in schemes, restaurant body NRAI tells members

The National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) on Friday urged its members to exercise caution before joining Zomato and Swiggy’s newly introduced dine-in programmes.

In an advisory to its more than 50,000 members, the NRAI said that the dine-in programmes of the two food delivery apps offer no tangible value to restaurants nor do they solve any of the industry’s problems.
