Baghsewania police arrest three engaged in mobile phone robbery

Three miscreants involved in robbery were arrested by Baghsewania police station were nabbed on Tuesday and recovered a mobile phone and vehicle used in the robbery; two accused hold past criminal record, said police.

Based on information in the robbery, accused Krishna Giri, Santosh and Saurabh detained and when they were quizzed they confessed robbery and recovered mobile phone which was robbed from the victim and bike used in the crime.

The victim Nakul Sharma was robbed in Lal Tanki area of Amrai by the accused. The modus operandi of the crime was to target by wandering different areas and targeting lone victims and snatching mobiles from the people.
