Avaya launches MedicSetu virtual platform for providing COVID-19 healthcare

NEW DELHI: Communications and collaboration solutions provider Avaya Thursday launched MedicSetu virtual platform, in partnership with non-profit organizations and doctors under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY), to provide free healthcare to COVID-19 patients.

MedicSetu which is available pan-India can be used by home-quarantined COVID-19 patients for video consultations from qualified doctors. It aims to reduce the burden on Indian healthcare organizations.

As per an official statement, MedicSetu has been jointly created by Avaya, I-Novate, and MySenior Doctors.
