ATC Telecom Infrastructure sells entire stake in Vodafone Idea for Rs 1,840 cr

Mumbai: ATC Telecom Infrastructure has sold about 2.8% stake to Vodafone Idea on Friday through open market transaction. As many as 144 crore shares were sold by the ATC Telecom at Rs 12.78 a share, valuing the deal at Rs 1840 crores.

Citigroup Global bought shares worth Rs 611 crores through bulk deals, while rest of the buyers were unknown.

Shares of Vodafone gained about a percent on Friday to close at Rs 14.01 apiece.
