Asus ZenBook Pro Duo review: Quirky mini display feature may grow on you

Laptops, for all their high utility quotient, remain difficult devices to innovate. Even when a few brands attempt to do so, they come across as gimmicky rather than functional. Asus with its ZenBook Pro Duo has placed a secondary display right above the keyboard and trackpad. Is it gimmicky or useful? Here is what we found based on our usage.

From the outside, the ZenBook Pro Duo looks like any other Windows laptop but slightly thicker.

Open the lid, and two 4K-resolution OLED displays welcome you – one regular vertical screen and the other horizontal just above the keyboard. The primary, 15.6 inches screen, is glossy and delivers vivid and punchy colours with deep blacks and contrasts.
