Assam: Mobile internet shut down for Grade-III exams, 2nd such instance in eight days

Second time last eight days mobile internet in Assam was shut down to conduct grade three exams of Assam government. Mobile internet services
in 26 of 35 districts of Assam were shut down for four hours on Sunday.

Shutdown was there from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday
