As Galaxy S24 series goes on sale, Samsung reveals big India role in building Galaxy AI

As the Galaxy S24 series goes on sale in India starting from today, 31st January 2024, Samsung has shared more insight into the country’s role in building the line-up’s biggest USP feature— Galaxy AI.

In a press release sent out to the media, coinciding with Samsung Mobile boss TM Roh’s India visit, the company announced that its Noida and Bengaluru R&D centres have made “great contributions” to help provide customers with “practical and useful AI experiences” on the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra.

More specifically, the teams have contributed to “commercialisation of language AI and optimisation of AI for mobile to framework development,” the company added.
