Arvind Krishna has been the go-to tech advisor for IBM India and the Indian government
NEW DELHI: Newly-named IBM CEO Arvind Krishna has not only been involved with the company’s India business but also with the government and key policymakers. Krishna serves as a member of IBM’s India advisory board and has visited the country at least once every year.
He also interacts regularly with the government on key policies, advising them on technologies of the future and advocating the opening up of more public data sets for the industry. Krishna has asked the government to provide public data from as many sources as possible, to ensure deeper and more accurate predictions through Artifical Intelligence.
