Apple updates iCloud.com with browser notifications, slideshow Photos view, and more

Apple has launched an updated version of iCloud.com. The new redesign brings new features such as the ability to receive browser notifications for Mail and Calendar on a PC. In addition, it includes a customizable home page that allows users to take quick actions and Memories for photos.

Last year, Apple gave a new look to iCloud.com, which included the addition of quick-glance widgets that display information from apps like Notes or Pages. This year’s update lets users perform certain actions directly from the home page. Tasks such as downloading a file, deleting an email, marking an email as unread, or checking off a reminder can now be done without having to navigate through separate menus.
