Apple rolls out iOS 14.5 beta 4 for developers and public beta users: Here’s what’s new
Apple has started rolling out the beta 4 build of iOS 14.5 and iPad OS 14.5 to registered developers as well as public beta users.
The beta 4 for iOS 14.5 and iPad 14.5 brings several features and updates over beta 3, launched around two week back. Features list includes the ability to unlock iPhones using Apple Watch, improved integration between Apple Watch and iPhone and more. Post the update, users can now finally unlock their iPhones using Apple Watch while wearing mask.
The update is available to download for developers and public beta testers via OTA. These beta testers can download the update by heading to the Settings app on their iPhones and iPads. The update carries build number 18E5178a.
