Apple may launch a 13-inch MacBook Pro with a ‘different’ keyboard next year

Apple has just updated its laptop line up by introducing the 16-inch MacBook Pro this month with more powerful specs and scissor-switch style keyboard. This came after the 15-inch MacBook Pro and 13-inch MacBook Pro, both of which have been updated earlier this year. Now, rumours for the next MacBook Pro has started brewing up. As reported by Digitimes, the firm could reboot the 13-inch MacBook Pro in the first half of 2020. What’s interesting here is that the upcoming laptop is said to feature scissor-switch keys once again. The report adds that Wistron and Global Lighting Technologies may be among the top suppliers for the keyboards for the rumours 13.3-inch MacBook Pro. Nothing else is known about the product for now.
What, however, is a topic for discussion here is the use of scissor-switch keys. With Apple bringing back these keys in 16-inch MacBook Pro and rumoured to continue using it in the next 13-inch MacBook Pro, the major question raised here is whether Apple is done with the ‘Butterfly’ style keys?
