Apple Card, Cash, Pay and Wallet payment service outage in US resolved

Multiple Apple payment services in the US recently faced an outage. The Cupertino-based tech giant updated its System Status page to confirm that services including Apple Card, Cash, Pay & Wallet were impacted by the issue. However, the company has now confirmed that the issue has been fixed
According to a report by CNBC, these Apple services were down in the US for over 30 mins. However, the company’s system status page was not updated to reflect the fix for over four hours, the report noted.

How this issue affected users
The iPhone maker claims that the outage specifically impacted the web and in-app payment features of Apple Pay and Wallet.
