Apple backs users’ ‘right to repair’ across the United States

During a White House event on Tuesday, Apple announced that it will support the US’ “Right to Repair” bill, making it easier for consumers and repair shops to fix their products, including iPhones nationwide.

After backing up the bill in the state of California, Apple is now extending this support to consumers and independent repair shops across the country, providing them with all the necessary parts, tools, and information available to fix their products.

Apple’s Vice President Brian S Naumann expressed support for California’s right-to-repair law during an online event hosted by the Biden Administration.
