Antfin to sell 3.6% stake in Paytm via block deal: Report

Antfin is likely to sell 3.6% stake in fintech major Paytm through block deal on Friday, according to reports.

The transaction, which will be done at Rs 880.1 apiece, will see Antfin offload about 2.3 crore shares. The offer price at a marginal discount of 2.6% from the current levels. Antfin holds about 23.79%, as of June 2023.
