Ambani announces ‘JioPhone Next’ smartphone, partnership with Google for 5G

Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani on Thursday announced the launch of JioPhone Next, a fully featured smartphone, that is developed in partnership with Google.

“JioPhone Next is one of the most affordable smartphones globally, which has cutting-edge technology,” Ambani said.

JioPhone Next will be launched first in India on September 10, and later it will be taken to many other countries.

Some of the features in the new JioPhone Next include, voice assistant, automatic-read aloud on screen text, language translation, smart camera with augmented reality filters, and much more.
