Amazon to help you increase your donation to PM’s coronavirus fund, here’s how

Coronavirus has hit the country very hard with the number of infected cases crossing 10,000. To help those infected and affected by the virus, the government of India has established a national fund to which users can make donations. If you haven’t yet contributed to the PMCARES Fund and is willing to do so, then e-commerce platform Amazon can help you increase your donation amount.
In a post on microblogging platform Twitter, the e-tailer announced that it will add an extra 50% of the total amount of an individual’s contribution. For example, if an individual wants to contribute Rs 5,000 to the fund, Amazon will match up by Rs 2,500 — 50% of his/her donation. This will increase the donation amount to Rs 7,500.
