Amazon settles EU anti-trust cases through commitments

European Union has accepted Amazon’s commitments in various anti-trust cases against them. The commitments by Amazon seeming to address the competition concerns over Amazon’s use of non-public marketplace seller data and over a possible bias in granting to sellers access to its Buy Box and its Prime programme. By accepting these commitments, the Commission makes them legally binding on Amazon.
