Alcatel Lucent upgrades enterprise video conferencing platform

NEW DELHI: Business communications and collaboration solutions provider Alcatel Lucent on Monday said it has upgraded its cloud-based video communications platform Rainbow to facilitate improved remote collaboration among large workgroups.

The enhancement of the platform will further improve the collaboration experience for Rainbow users while supporting safe working practices and teamwork during social distancing, said the company in a statement.

The latest version of Rainbow offers a more streamlined design and user experience, aided by an updated professional interface for more efficient interactions. The list of updates further includes–quick action buttons, intuitive icons, and a simplified navigation.
