Airtel, Vodafone, Reliance Jio and BSNL users, Google has made recharging your phones easier

Search engine giant Google has introduced a new experience on its result page for those looking to recharge mobile numbers. Available from today, users will be able to browse plans across mobile carriers, compare discounts and offers, and recharge with these plans on the search result page.
Once a user makes a recharge related search, he/she will be asked to fill in a detail form that will surface a list of available prepaid plans from the relevant carrier. To recharge a number, simply select a plan and choose the digital payment wallet like Mobikwik, Paytm, FreeCharge and Google Pay to make a payment.
The new experience is aimed at making it easier for users in India to recharge prepaid mobile numbers online. Those Android users who have signed-in to Google search will be able to avail the experience. Google has collated prepaid recharge plans from all telecom operators- Airtel, Vodafone-Idea, Reliance Jio and BSNL across all telecom circles of the country.
