Airtel partners Microsoft to enable integrated calling through Microsoft Teams

NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel has partnered with Microsoft to enable calling through the latter’s virtual collaboration platform, Microsoft Team, through an integration with Airtel IQ.

With Airtel IQ for Microsoft Teams, enterprises will soon be able to enjoy greater flexibility in connecting with customers across the country over fixed-line through the internet, Airtel said in a statement Saturday. This new service will enable enterprises to make and take calls to external users through Teams which will streamline communications and collaboration.
