Airtel launches digital portal for its enterprise customers
NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel Monday announced the launch of a unified digital portal- Enterprise Hub for its enterprise and SMB (small and medium business) customers to offer them a set of self-care services.
The digital one-stop platform will offer customers a host of convenient services like viewing, downloading and paying their bills online, keeping a check on payment history, complete account management, uploading TDS certificates and access to customized summary reports among others.
Enterprise Hub will make processing simpler for customers enabling them to manage their time better as they get a host of their unique connectivity needs addressed real-time, said the service provider in a statement.
