Airtel launches 5G services at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru

NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel on Thursday launched its 5G Plus services at the new terminal (T2) of the Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru.

The announcement comes a day after Airtel said it has crossed the 1-million 5G users milestone within a month of commercial launch.

‘As South India’s busiest airport prepares for a formal inauguration, Airtel announced the deployment of Airtel 5G Plus in Terminal 2, making it the first airport in India to get access to the ultrafast 5G network,” the telco said in a statement.
