Airtel, Jio in advanced stages of testing VoWiFi services

NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio Infocomm (RJio) are in advanced stages of testing Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) services, according to a report by Hindu BusinessLine. The move will allow the telcos to take on over-the-top (OTT) players and keep them from eating their revenues.
