Airtel invests Rs 100 crore to launch security intelligence center; forms cyber security tie-ups with global vendors
NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel has formally launched its security intelligence center with an investment of Rs 100 crore and has entered into partnerships with Cisco, Vmware, Radware and Force point to expand advanced cyber security solutions for business customers.
“We have financial discipline for our business and at same time we don’t shy away from making fresh investments. We will keep making investments in tech, people, tools and partnership. We have made investments already and will continue to invest as business scales,” Gopal Vittal, MD & CEO (India and South Asia), Bharti Airtel said while replying to ET’s queries during the virtual conference.
