Airtel all set for a brand refresh this festive quarter

MUMBAI: After announcing the launch of its 5G services in eight cities at the recently-held India Mobile Congress, Bharti Airtel, India’s second largest telco, is set to undertake a brand refresh exercise this festive quarter.

Executives close to the telco and its partner agencies say instead of a 5G service-focussed campaign like the one with Sasha Chhetri that Airtel launched for its 4G services, this time around, the brand will take a phased approach, starting with a brand refresh.

Airtel has worked with Berlin-based design agency Meta Design for the project. Mails sent to Airtel and Meta Design on the matter went unanswered at press time.
