Aditya Narayan Mishra, CEO, Ciel HR Services, says with AI, there will be some roles like administrative roles, secretarial roles, drafting roles in legal and recruitment, customer service, all these jobs are under threat. So they have to upscale themselves to take on jobs which are much higher complexity in nature, where decision making cannot be easily automated. But it will take a few years. The industry and non-tech industry sectors will take some time to implement the AI technology.
