AGR: Apex Court reserves judgement

The final verdict of a 14-year-old legal battle between the country’s mobile operators and the department of telecommunications (DoT) over the definition of ‘adjusted gross revenue’ is near. The apex court has reserved its judgement on August 1, 2019. If the government gets the verdict in its favour, then it will get Rs 66,576 crore in its kitty as additional license fee dues
