Age of Empires IV is now available on Xbox Game Pass, consoles

Relic Entertainment partnered with World’s Edge to develop the Real-time strategy (RTS) game known as Age of Empires IV. The game was originally launched for PC in 2021. Later, Microsoft added the title to its PC Game Pass service. Now, the PC title is launching on Xbox Series X / S, Xbox One consoles and Xbox Game Pass. Xbox Cloud Gaming players will also be able to stream Age of Empires IV.

Microsoft announced the game for Xbox consoles in 2022. The tech giant also promised the console version to launch in 2023. RTS games aren’t always suitable for playing with consoles and controllers. However, the software giant released Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition earlier this year and it was liked by both fans and critics.
