Age no bar as Apple enthusiasts throng Delhi store opening

New Delhi: Long queues of enthusiasts, young and old, thronged the South Delhi shopping mall where Apple opened its second retail store in India on Thursday, with chief executive Tim Cook and senior vice president of retail, Diedre O’Brien welcoming the crowd sharp at 10 in the morning.

“What an incredible reception, Delhi, thank you! We’re delighted to welcome our customers to our newest store—Apple Saket!,” Cook tweeted after the store opening.
