Accenture India rolls out flexible leave policy tailored to employees’ ‘small and big’ needs

Revamping its leave policy, Accenture India has rolled out a flexible leave policy in which employees can take ‘small’and ‘big time off’ depending on the specific requirements of various states and the base locations of employees.

Lakshmi Chandrasekharan, Managing Director and HR Lead of Accenture India, communicated the change in an email to the company’s 3 lakh employees, emphasizing that the updated policy grants greater flexibility for managing time in an “always-on” environment. She highlighted, “In our new leave structure, you can take small and big time-offs – for everything from running a small errand to attending your child’s recital to taking longer time off to care for a loved one or climb that mountain you’ve been training for.”
