OTT players are free riders, may enter commercial pact with telcos: GSMA’s Mats Granryd

NEW DELHI: Over the top (OTT) players such as Meta, Alphabet, Netflix and Amazon have been taking a free ride while telecom carriers continue to do capital expenditure to accommodate increasing data traffic, and should clinch a commercial accord with telecom carriers, a top executive of London-based telco group said.
