Bharti Airtel Q4 results: Profit drops 31% to Rs 2,072 cr, revenue down 10%

Telecom major Bharti Airtel on Tuesday posted a 31 per cent drop in consolidated net profit at Rs 2,071.6 crore for the quarter ending on March 31 (Q4) for the financial year 2023-24 (FY24). The company had registered a profit of Rs 3,005.6 crore during the same period last year. Sequentially, net profit slid 15 per cent from Rs 2,442.2 crore.

The telecom firm’s consolidated revenue from operations also dropped 10.5 per cent to Rs 7,467 crore year-on-year (Y-o-Y) from Rs 8,345.9 crore. Revenue dropped marginally by 0.8 per cent from Rs 37,899.5 crore reported in the previous quarter.
