NEW DELHI: Smartphone shipments in India grew by 8-10% in Q1 2024 as more consumers purchased handsets with 5G and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, and as the premiumisation trend gained further momentum, according to the market data released by Counterpoint Research and CyberMedia Research (CMR) on Thursday.
