Akamai to acquire API security firm Noname in $450 million deal

NEW DELHI: Content delivery network (CDN) and cloud computing company Akamai Technologies Wednesday said it is acquiring application programming interface (API) security firm, Noname, in a $450 million equity deal. The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to conclude in the second quarter of 2024.
